The world and our community face challenges to health and safety that have not been present in a long time. Here at Royal on the Eastside, we would like to emphasize that we are working diligently to provide a safe and healthy environment for everyone who comes in contact with our employees and our facility. We are consistently monitoring federal, state, and local authorities about all Coronavirus concerns. We are also gathering best practices from other organizations as well.
At this time, we are open for business as usual for new and pre-owned vehicle sales, scheduled service appointments, walk-in service needs, and parts sales.
Once again, the safety of our team, our facility, and our customer base is our number one priority. Here are some of the actions we are currently taking:
- We are increasing the frequency of sanitizing all facilities including our waiting areas, entry points, and vehicle inventories.
- We are stocking our dealership with soap, alcohol-based sanitizers, and sanitary wipes.
- We are mandating that all employees stay home if they are sick and we respectfully ask our clients to do the same.
- We will search for any and all ways to keep our workplace safe and inviting for our guests and our employees.
- We are talking to our employees about the importance of washing their hands, their personal hygiene, and the disinfection of their workstations.
- We are giving guests and other employees ample personal space, and have implemented a policy where our personnel temporarily refrain from shaking hands and follow all social distancing guidelines.
- We have developed processes of making our service visits more convenient and safer for our guests.
For those who feel uncomfortable coming to our dealership, we have developed a new process which allows a consumer to purchase a vehicle completely online without ever stepping foot in the store and we can deliver it straight to your door.
- Vehicles: now offering complimentary test-drive, document-signing and delivery of your vehicle straight to your home
